Soccer

Averill Elementary School sponsors spring and fall soccer teams through Lansing Parks and Recreation.  Averill Elementary current has three teams, which is more than any other school in the district and surpasses the number of teams for even the competitive soccer programs!

Coached by teachers Mrs. Bossie and Mr. Mays, the 5-6 year olds and 7-8 year olds are learning soccer skills, teamwork, and how to have fun staying active.
