Our  neighborhood is bounded by the following streets:
North: Cooley Drive
South: W. Holmes Road
East: S. Deerfield Avenue
West: S. Waverly

Organizations within our boundary include Averill Elementary School and Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church.
